Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.
- Use the Network troubleshooter. Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter.
- Select Start then search Settings
Click Update and Security then Troubleshoot
Click Additional troubleshooters
On the list, Select Internet Connections then Run Troubleshooter

If the issue still persists, please try to Reset Network Settings
Press Windows key+ I to open Settings
Select Network & Internet > Status.
Under the "Change your network settings", click Network reset
Click Reset now then Yes
