    Hi,

I'm Jen. I'm not working for Microsoft but I'd be happy to help you figure this out.

I understand you're unable to install the pending updates due to an error. To troubleshoot, you can start by running the Windows update troubleshooter.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win...

However, if the problem persists you can further troubleshoot the error by following methods 2-5 in the link below.

I hope this helps. Feel free to share how it went.

    Kind regards.

Hello Titouan, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

Here are all possible fixes for fixing Windows Update in Windows 11:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

if any fixes don't work just skip them and go to the next one. If you're at less than Version 22H2 in Settings > System > About, I'd skip to the Repair Upgrade in Step 11 to save time.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the detailed results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.

When I Re-register the BITS files and the windows Update related :

    this : "regsvr32.exe mshtml.dll"

    made me an error :

Module "mshtml.dll" has been charged but the entry point DllRegisterServer is not found
