Tozo 6 earbuds not working with Windows 11

Is there a patch update for the Tozo 6 earbuds yet? This is a problem with lots of users, it seems, and the only advice Microsoft has given so far is that we need new headphones. These earbuds work with every other device I connect to, so this is definitely a Windows 11 issue. And yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple drivers. Is there a patch update in the works?

You need to buy a plug in Bluetooth adapter. The one I have is this one, https://a.co/d/gItJsQl , but I'm sure you can find a cheaper one.

Go to Device Manager and disable your default wireless Bluetooth. It wont let me add pictures but you drop down the Bluetooth tab. Mine is called Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R). Right click, "Disable device."

    Plug in the adapter.

It should add itself to that drop down menu of Bluetooth devices. It will prompt a restart. Make sure the driver is up to date first/

    Restart computer.

Now add the earbuds as a bluetooth device. They will work. Both my Tozo T6 earbuds and another wireless bluetooth pair I had started working perfectly after I did this.

(Edit: it is not a driver problem. It is a Windows 11 problem. Windows 11 wireless bluetooth is not compatible with most Tozo earbuds and they have said they will not be working on a fix.)

    Hi MargaretHovestadt,

I'm Christine, an independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be more than happy to assist you today!

I'll be transparent with you, It seems there's a lot of users of that specific earbuds having the same issue. And there's a chance that it's not compatible with Windows 11. Tozo is the one who will release an update for their driver in able to work on Windows 11. If that's the case, the only option is to go back to Windows 10, or get another earbuds, or you can reach Tozo so they could release an updated driver.

Please try ollow the steps below:
