how to fix error code 0x80200011 - 0x90019?

ive been trying to create an iso for a virtual machine using media creation tool but error 0x80200011 - 0x90019 always shows up. ive been trying to follow other tips but nothing works

    I will recommend that you do the following before running the Media Creation Tool again.

    > Uninstall any 3rd-party antivirus program.

    > Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.
