    Hi ,

Sabya here, Independent Windows Adviser. Hope you are doing well.

Is this your personal or office laptop?
When you reset the laptop, it does not remove the corporate domain. So, as it was attached before the reset it is asking you to sign in.

    Hello, how are you?

Please let me know if this computer is joined to any corporate network or domain?

Usually this situation occurs when it is a computer linked to something like corporate or school.

If you disconnect from the internet, and restart the setup process, is there any option to sign in with a local account?
