I have different Microsoft accounts and through the years I used some then sign out then used others. How can I found out which Microsoft account is linked to my windows 10 digital license?

If it says in Settings > Update & Security > Activation that Windows is activated with a Digital License linked to Microsoft Account then it is linked to the present Admin account.

You can confirm that by checking the online account for the Administrator to see if the device is listed: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/man...

That will confirm which MS Account is linked to the DL.

Hello, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

The Digital License is linked to the Admin account which purchased and applied the Digital License, or if sourced elsewhere the license is associated with the Admin account signed in when it activates. If that account is deleted it will associate with the next Admin account.

You can remove an association with the DL by removing the Device from your MS Account: https://www.howtogeek.com/250631/how-to-remove-...

The Digital License ownership may be separate and is proven by the Order History in the Microsoft Account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ or the holder of the retail key that may have converted on that device to a DL.

The DL is associated with the MS account only as a convenience so that if you decide to move it and it is a full retail license, you can use the Activation Troubleshooter from the same MS Account signed in on the new device as explained here:

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the detailed results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.

    Thank You for the response.

The MS account linked to my digital license I totally forget it, that's what I'm suspicious about. I didn't delete it it's just I forget the MS account. Is there a way for me to create a new MS account and then switch the digital license to the new one created?
