Since NY my keyboard layout has changed. I ONLY have the English UK language installed, but SHIFT + 2 doesn't give me " it gives me @, the # is now a backslash.

additional - installing Logitech Setpoint and updating the keyboard drivers didn't work either.

Running Windows 10 Pro, 64bit

    Hello ChadUpton,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue. Have you recently replaced your physical keyboard?

    **Perform a Clean Boot

Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig

    Press Enter

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Please check the support article at the link below for more details.

If this does not work, please try to consider performing a System Restore at an earlier date where everything still works.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: rstrui.exe

Press Enter. This will open System Restore

    Click the Next button.

Select the restore point at an earlier date where everything is still working.

    Click Next then Finish

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV

I’ll try that. Odd thing about this is, with nothing being changed or installed, all of the system restore points before 1st January have gone so a system restore isn’t an option.
