Scan to computer Epson WF-2860 series not working

Hi!

The scan feature doesnt work. It says to check connection with the laptop. I have the latest driver installed.

    Hi Paul!

    It did work before but then stopped suddenly.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

    I’ve set up the printer as the default.

    The printing part works, it’s just scanning that’s the issue.

    Have you tried uninstall and reinstalling this particular driver Scanner Driver and Epson Scan 2 Utility v6.4.4.0 which is also on the link below?

    Also, as your your scanner is included in a multifunction or All-In-One printer, you may only see the name of your printer. To see your scanner, under Printers & scanners, select your installed printer, select Manage, and then choose your scanner and you can also check out the link below for reference.
