Why does tpm 2.0 not work

Tpm 2.0 stopped working after I reset my gpu. It is enabled and bios is up to date and me is up to date. It has worked before. In the tpm mana app it confirms that it is on an ready but when I try to boot a game that requires tpm (fifa,valorant) it errors saying I don't have it

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    If you have installed the latest BIOS update available on the support page for your PC, and if you do not use Bitlocker to encrypt your drive, then in BIOS find the option to restore Factory Keys on TPM and apply that, save that setting and restart your PC.

    i see here secure boot isnt enabled how do i enable it(asus prime bios)
