    Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

    To change the time format to 12 hour time. kindly perform the steps below.

    1. Open the Windows settings then go to Time & Language.
    2. In the right pane select Language & Region.
    3. Under the Region section select Regional format then click the Change formats button.
    4. In the Short time option, click the drop-down arrow and select 9:40 AM.
