I need help recovering an overwritten file?

For more advanced file recovery, Microsoft provides the Windows File Recovery tool, in the link below you will find instructions on how to use it, however, if the file is really important, my recommendation is that you immediately stop using the disk where the file was recorded and look for a professional in file recovery, if the disk continues in use, the area where the file is located can be rewritten several times which will make recovery impossible.

I am sorry but none of those solutions on the page made a difference. Can't find or make backups or restore points, can't recover previous solutions, and he data recovery software keeps hogging all of my storage space so I can't download it.
