Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
It has a good working SIM, but cannot access the cellular network
Went to Network & Internet Settings and there is not option there
This device does have ‘sierra wireless em7455 qualcomm snapdragon x7 lte-a’
But, it looks to be inactive and I see no options turn that on

Was the Qualcomm EM7455 Sierra Wireless Module already pre-installed on your laptop when you bought it or did you install it yourself later?
If the module was already pre-installed, you should try reinstalling the driver by downloading it from your laptop manufacturer's website or contact the laptop manufacturer's Technical Support.
There is no cellular option available on the bottom bar nor Open Network & Internet Settings.
Under Device Manager > Network Adapters… It is missing the Sierra Wireless EM7455 Qualcomm Snapdragon
Which I believe is what’s needed for the cellular option.
I was able to turn it locate it, it was hidden. But, I cannot activate it
