My PC's Bluetooth works just fine on any other OS except Windows !

What to do, I have installed so many Linux's (ChromeOS, Linux Mint, Pear OS, Ubuntu, Kali Linux) it works perfectly on ANY Linux OS but not on Windows. Please tell me a solution, I have read the Microsoft Support article but it doesn't do any effect on my PC.

And Here are my PC Specs:

Name : HP Elitebook 820 G1

Processor : 4th Generation Intel Core i5: 4300U with Intel HD Graphics 4400 (1.9 GHz, 3MB cache, 2 cores) Up to 2.9 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology

Chipset : Chipset integrated with processor

Graphics : Integrated: Intel HD Graphics 4400

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Devices and drivers

    I have reported this error on the Intel's Official Website but no respond from anyone

    Intel support will be your best option, they will hopefully be able to provide you a working driver for Windows 11 for your device.
