    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Check the Event Viewer:

    1. Press "Windows key + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs";
    3. Select "System".
    • Look for an "Error" event at the time the computer froze.
    • You can ignore "Warning" with "Event 10016,DistributedCOM".
    • There will likely be a critical error stating that the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error is irrelevant as we already know this. Check for other errors before or after this one.

    You can also look in Reliability Monitor.

    1. Press "Windows + R", type Control and press Enter;
    2. Go to "System and Security > Security and Maintenance";
    3. Expand "Maintenance" and click "View reliability history".

    See if any errors are reported when the computer froze.

    If you find anything suspicious, send a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Same issue is also happening with me. I have a intel i7 gen6 laptop. Latest intel driver is installed still same issue.

    I also have a desktop with amd ryzen 9 5950x processor with 3080 ti graphics with same latest insider preview.

    This issue does not exist there.

    I guess there is some bug with window 11 insider preview with intel graphics, Hope Microsoft fixes the same

    Thanks for the screenshots.

    But I'm not sure if these errors have anything to do with the problem reported. I've seen computers show these errors, but they wouldn't freeze completely.

    Maybe it's just the browser that's crashing.

    When it freezes, press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc", or press "Ctrl + Alt + Del" and select "Task Manager", and see if it will open Task Manager.

    If it opens, end the browser process and see if the system continues to work correctly.

    Let me know the result.
