Hello, every time I open my laptop, there's a 4-digit pin I use to log in. But it starts showing this problem. My legion 5 is only 3 weeks old. I'm unsure if it is because of an update or the laptop itself.

Hello Benedict. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

I understand you have PIN not available error in Windows 11. Here are all fixes to try until one works:

    1. Wherever you sign into Windows a Sign In Options link should be nearby to choose the password or another method instead. If not then the account is likely corrupted. Check now to try to get into Windows to reset PIN by this method: https://pureinfotech.com/fix-unable-set-remove-...
    2. If not then try these fixes for PIN not available error in Windows 11:

    1. To reach the Winre Repair Mode or Bootable Media provided to try the above steps or others I will give you, follow the steps in this tutorial:

The steps lead up to trying Safe Mode to do the fixes above, replace a corrupted account so you can keep your install, apps and files, do a Reset or the gold standard Clean Install.

One of the steps above will always work. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
