Roblox Black screen issue
Hi, I've been having this issue for a while and it prevents me from being able to load into my game normally. So when I join a Roblox game I see the regular loading screen, then after the loading screen goes away I'm greeted with a black screen. It stays there for about 10-20 seconds then I load into the game. My computer usually runs Roblox on 300-500 fps (depending on the intensity of the graphics) This has been a reoccurring issue, I've tried re downloading Roblox multiple times deleting applications and all the tutorials on YouTube don't work at all. I don't know the rarity of this problem but it's starting to become an issue. I'm loading into games slower giving me less time to gear up or select an item before the game starts. I don't know if this is a ping, fps, or Roblox issue but all my friends seem to load into games fine.

- Check for game Updates in MS Store App > My Library > Get Updates.
- Run the MS Store apps troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Try to Reset or Repair the game in Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Roblox > Advanced Options > Reset or Repair. Restart PC.
- If that's not enough then uninstall the game from the same place, restart PC, reinstall the game from MS Store Hub (three dots at top right of Store app) > My Library.
- Go over Windows 11 with this Performance Checklist to try to find and fix problems:
