Solved - disconnected when I try to play Roblox
Can anyone help me? I've already tried restarting my computer and resetting the Wi-Fi but NOTHING works. At first glance, everything seems normal. I can watch YouTube videos and go to websites, but when I try to play Roblox, this happens: Can anyone help me with this? I checked my internet speed at Speedtest.net, and this is what my internet speed is at:
Any suggestions of what I can do?
(Error code: 277)
It was just some files that were messing my internet up.
I know I solved this a while ago, but I just want to show that after deleting some things, I don't need at all. I got this new speed lol. :

2022-12-08T03:18:38+00:00 Hey there,
Thank you for using our Microsoft Community.
According to your description, it seems that your computer has been disconnected from the game's server. Here are some steps we could try:
Just renew your ipconfig from your computer
click on your search option and then type cmd and click on run as administrator
type the following commands (Type enter after each command)
ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig/renewNow whatever a message you get you just need to wait because it may take some time
The final command will be:
netsh winsock resethit enter
And then change the dns:
Settings > Networtk & Internet > Change adapter options > WiFi-Properties
scroll down and find out this option called internet pratical version 4(TCP/IPv4) just click on there and first you got to come over here and click on use the following DNS server addresses:
For Google DNS address:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
or you can also use the Cloudflare
Preferred DNS server: 1.1.1.1
Alternate DNS server: 1.0.0.1
Now click on validate setttings upon exit and click on ok.
Make a right click on the WIFI on this connection and choose disable now just wait for 4-5 seconds and once done just make a right click on it again and choose enable it back.
After performing the above steps, restart your computer.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation in working closely with me on this issue. If there are any updates or changes, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Have a nice day and stay safe!
