    Hi Versailles,

I'm Christine, an independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be more than happy to assist you today!

Seems you're having issue with your screen, it's showing some lines. This kind of issue usually occurs due to hardware or driver issues.

May I know if you're using a laptop or a desktop?

If you are using a desktop, please make sure that the Display Adapter, HDMI or VGA cable is properly plugged in, you may try to unplug and plug it in again.

Have you tried to restart your device already? If not, please try to restart it and check if the issue still persists.

Which version of Windows are you using? To check, please press Windows key + R and type winver and hit enter.

Please also provide the make and model of your device. To check, press Windows key +R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for the system model.

    Please try the steps below:

    1. Let's try to update the Display driver:

Press the Windows key + X

    Then click Device manager

    Expand the Display Adapters

You will see your Display Drivers

Right click and choose "Update Driver"

    Choose Search automatically for drivers

If the issue persists, please choose Browse my computer for drivers

And click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

Select the previous or older driver and hit Next.

If the issue persists, please uninstall the display driver and then restart your device.

The driver should be reinstalled automatically after restart.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

so im using a windows 10 on an acer (Desktop) but for the model it said "to be filled by O.E.M" Also for the update driver it only says i have the driver i have now. People have said try and roll back the driver but the option was grey not letting me use it. Another thing that may be useful is that for my driver its a (code 43) ive been trying to figure out why but i was never able to. if this may help my driver is a Radeon RX 550/550 series. i really hope i can fix it quickly
