Windows spamming tab keys on Start Menu, Settings etc..

Hello,

i had windows 10 installed since 2019 and never had any issues until recently.
The "TAB" has been spamming randomly in the day for no reasons even if i uninstalled the drivers or physically unplug the keyboard, i do have an Xbox Elite Controller Series 1 but i also unplugged it, the issue still happens, i've runned the Keyboard troubleshoot and found nothing at all, i've re-enabled Sticky keys (did nothing at all.)

I've also visited a form containing the same issue, runned SFC /scannow (Returned nothing), runned DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth (Also returned nothing.) here's the Video, My friend had the same issue which they've fixed by reinstalling Windows 10.

My last resort would be reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows 10.

Thank you.

Okay some little news on that note, i'm about 95% sure that the issue occurs by the Xbox controller, the reason why is because my friend had the exact issue when using a controller BUT when playing other games that doesn't need the controller, the issue does not happen, when i plugged my controller, i could in fact select things with my controller. so all those attempts on trying to troubleshoot with nothing as results was just the Xbox controller driver ghosting inputs.

My friend has a regular Xbox One controller, i have an Xbox Elite Series 1 controller, we both encounter that issue.
I haven't gotten that issue as from today since i haven't plugged my controller until now (but the issue hasn't happened just yet..)

If i encounter that issue, i will try and disable the Xbox controller driver and see if that does cause the problem.

    Thank you.

The startup tab has everything disable except the things i need (which is 2 apps), i do have a gaming Mouse and Keyboard which are Logitech G502 and EVGA Z20 but i haven't gotten any update in the past 2-3 weeks, my mouse doesn't have any Macros on, so is my keyboard.

I've disable some little services that are proven useless to me (about 3) but i'll be surprised if those were the case. As far as i know, the problem started occuring when i was playing a game with the Xbox Elite Controller (Series 1) where i suddently lost control and it only affected everything around windows explorer

By windows explorer i mean Settings keeps holding tab, Start Menu keeps holding tab, File Explorer doesn't let me search, so is the cortana search

i tried unplugging my xbox controller but the issue still occurs.
and on that "Unplug all external peripherals", i only have my Mic, USB Bluetooth (its off), USB 3.1 to my monitor (my keyboard is connected to it.)
    Mice and that's all.

Aside of all this, i'll give the Clean Boot a try and give you the results on that.

    Thank you.

    Hello PlayGamesnoRage,

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Do you use a gaming mouse and keyboard?

Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

    **Perform a Clean Boot

Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig

    Press Enter

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.
