    To change the time format follow these steps:

    Open the Windows 10 Settings app(Right click on start menu or press Windows key + i)

    Select Time and Language settings.

    Go to Date & Time section.

    Click on Date, time & regional formatting on the right.

    Click on Additional date, time, & regional settings.

    The Control Panel will open.

    Click on Change date, time, or number formats.

    Click on Short time.

    Choose h:mm tt or hh:mm tt for the default 12-hour clock.
