Well anytime I try to login to my email its says send message using this name and after that results to an error code 0x80004005 I don't know what to do and I just got the laptop recently and for weird reasons I can't seem activate my @ sign on my laptop it's a lenovo I have tried pressing the key but is not doing please what do I do

2023-01-27T10:16:18+00:00 Ok, I assume you are using the built in Mail app that comes with Windows.
Could you try to remove the account you have registered using these steps:

And then could you try these steps to repair the app:
Open the Settings app
Click on Apps
Select the mail app.
Click the Advanced options option.
Click Reset.
What key combination do you currently use for the @ sign, like what is the character under the @ sign?
