I tried these commands and I got the error 0xc004f069 after entering the product key
Brand New Windows Activation Key not working
I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and I bought the license from the Microsoft store. The install went fine but I can't activate windows with my product key. I get the error code 0xc004f050 every time I try to put in the new activation code. I looked it up and this code means the activation servers are down or it isn't a valid product key, which it should be because I just bought it. I tried running the command prompt route to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2023-01-23T03:24:53+00:00 Alright, kindly check and try the below and see how it goes and also use this generic retail key since you have purchased Windows from the Microsoft Store and it will be YTMG3-N6DKC-DKB77-7M9GH-8HVX7.
slmgr.vbs /upk - this will uninstall the current product key
slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (X represents your 25 character product key which is mentioned above)
slmgr.vbs /ato
Alternatively, you can also go to Settings > Activation and input the product key from there as well and then check it again afterwards.

2023-01-23T02:14:19+00:00 When did you bought Windows from the Microsoft Store? Based from the screenshot that you have sent is that you are using a volume license which is intended for business/organizations and not for consumer use. Before upgrading to Windows 11, have you purchased this license online from a 3rd party reseller for a much lower price?
