No available Wifi Button or Bluetooth button. AIrplane mode also greyed out.

Hi!

I updated to Windows 11 a couple weeks back and I've had no issues.. except randomly the other day. I was browsing the internet like normal when it said I was disconnected. I then look and there is not even an option to connect to wifi anymore. Then I noticed the Bluetooth button was also gone. Airplane mode button is greyed out and unpressable.

I've tried all the normal fixes. Restarts, resets. I downloaded the latest wifi driver from Intel on a different pc then installed it on the Razer Laptop... still nothing. I even re-installed windows and still have the same problem.

I really need my PC for work and this is really disastrous for me. I feel like it's a windows 11 problem.... please help

ps when I do trouble shoot it says that I have " intel r wifi 6 ax201 160mhz adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems" code 10. When I trouble shoot for bluetooth the error says that I have no bluetooth installed on the computer.

There are no available drivers on my manufacturers website.

I'd like to add that I've no issues with this computer until very recently after upgrading to Windows 11.

    Hi,

If it's a laptop, you need to download the WiFi driver from the laptop manufacturer's website, not the Intel website.

Reinstall the WiFi driver by following these steps:

1)Download the latest driver from your computer manufacturer's website and save it to your desktop.

    1. Disconnect from the Internet, (unplug the Ethernet cable and/or turn off the WiFi).
    2. Go to Device Manager>network adapters, right click on the wireless network adapter and choose Uninstall, select the checkbox, "Remove the driver software for this device". Restart your computer while still disconnected from the internet.

4)Right click on the driver file downloaded previously and run it as administrator.

    1. Restart your computer, reconnect to the internet and try again.

If Bluetooth is also present, perform the same procedure to reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

If the problem persists, repeat the procedure but downloading a different version of the WiFi driver from the one currently in use.

If you connect your pc to the router via network cable, can you access the internet regularly?

Go to Device Manager, expand network adapters, post a screenshot.

okay now i have a new problem. i've been trying to fix this for 3+ hours now and decided to full factory restore windows.

this screen is blank and there is no where to proceed. does that mean its a hardware failure in the PC istelf? ugh this is so frustrating
