Why i get low fps on high end pc?

Hi, im new here, I'd like to ask a question about a problem I've encountered in minecraft bedrock.
The problem envolves the framerate, if i put every "Video" setting to low, like the chunks rendered, anti aliasing to the minimum, disable fancy graphics and all the other stuff i get around 60 to 90 fps, there is some fluctuations up or below these numbers, but most of the time it stays in that range.
Now, the thing is that if i put every setting on high (40 chunks rendered, anti aliasing to 16x, et cetera...) i get the SAME fps!
I don't know what happened, i even framecapped the fps to 240 via the sperimental feature (which is my monitor refreshrate) and disabled VSync.
Every other game doesn't present this issue, i play overwatch at 300 fps, and other games at more than 144.
Even minecraft java gives me like 600 fps.

My specs:
Video card: rtx 3060 12gb Vram
Ram: 16 Gb
Cpu: intel core i7 11th
I dont have any save power plan active, this problem is not presented when i turn rtx on, because of the dlss, i get around 120 fps.

If anyone has the same problem or can help me, it would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance, have a great day.

Hi Poseydone, hope you're doing good. I understand your situation and will try to help you.

First I'll say most of these issues occur due to any hardware errors or drivers rendering conflicts. Many people had to reset their MoBo CMOS/BIOS over to fix it. I've seen someone who was having this issue because there was no thermal paste on the GPU. Well I'll say look for your clock speed and temps while playing, also don't forget to update your drivers, BIOS and GPU part. You can try the above solutions provided by other peoples experiences.

    Thanks.
