Hi. Is there any way of accessing old msn messenger contacts that were added to msn messenger directly? I’m taking 20 or so years ago. Thanks.

Unfortunately, MSN Messenger was officially discontinued by Microsoft in 2014, and the service and its data have since been deactivated and deleted. This means that it is not possible to access your old MSN Messenger contacts or messages directly from the service.

However, if you had previously exported your contacts from MSN Messenger, or if you had saved them elsewhere, such as in a file or in another email program, you may still be able to access them.

I'd also like to get my MSN contact list back.. or at least SEE it somewhere. You're right, Microsoft should have migrated that information over to Outlook when they changed Hotmail to (💩💩y) Outlook. I hate that we've lost access to our information. 👎🏻👎🏻😡🤨

I have been trying to find an ild friend of mine for some time. I have her old email adress but i cant seem to reach out to her

I tried her msn email to contact her but i have failed.

You should have a file saved on your computer which will have an extension name that is .CTT .
