Looking for free app to test RAM sticks and slots

I am having issues resulting in the BSOD and after doing a number of things, I have come to the conclusion that my problem is either a RAM stick and/or a memory socket. Without going into EVERYTHING that I have already done and what else it might be, what I am doing here is simply asking for a free app to test RAM sticks and slots. I am hoping to identify specific sticks and/or slots. I am running a current version of Windows 11 Pro on a gamer computer (ASUS MB and G.SKILL RAM). The Windows Memory Diagnostics promises to tell me what it found after rebooting, but, it never does. Thanks.

I don't understand why you provided a link to this to solve my problem. First, it seems to only work with Android, and, this is a WIndows site. Second, it seems to be looking to test CPU issues (i.e it's name is "CPU-Z"), and, I specifically said I was looking for apps to test RAM - NOT the CPU!.

These are third party software that are used to test RAM modules.

They are the best available third party software and are very frequently used in this forum and many other forums.

    https://www.memtest86.com/

    https://memtest.org/

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html

Either of these software are able to run overnight while sleeping.

From the memtest86 linked page: "IMPORTANT: Memtest86+ only works with BIOS/Legacy - not UEFI."

and I am using UEFI on this computer.

The memtest.org linked page seems to only have "download" buttons for WinZip

Almost all tests have false positives and false negatives as well as true positives and true negatives.

So testing is not always 100% and depending upon the test there may be many false positives or false negatives.

For memory testing there are free and pay versions of third party software.

Run Memtest86 for two tests of four passes each (total eight passes) https://www.memtest86.com/

Run Memtest86+ for one test of eight or more passes.

It may take passes into the 20s to find malfunctioning RAM modules. https://memtest.org/
