    Hi, R.J.S.

Yes, it may have affected windows updates since the microsoft store uses windows update to install and update applications.

You can try using update assistance to see if it resolves the issue to update and fix the errors.

    Hi, R.J.S.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

It is generally used in Windows appx programs that update information between servers such as Bing News or Weather, which can affect the Microsoft Store and its applications.

Hello & Thank you Ivan. for Refrence link about These kind of Conponents. First Question About what it is, is Answered. But Now I just have To wait for Question No2: what happens if I get rid of that "Content Delivery Manager" because, I have Managed to Remove Content Delivery Manager as Component from Windows & Silent It's Registry "SilentInstalledAppsEnabled" to 0 ! I Did That But when I Installed that Iso on Virtual Machine, I think that what I Did Breaked Windows Update, because I did this on 21H2 and when I Tried to Install 22H2 from Windows Update. but I Recieved Either this: 0x80073701 OR this: 0x80073701 !
