- Use a graphic design application on Windows such as GIMP which is free. Do this if you want to put them together a specific way.
- Put them into a document like a pdf for instance. Do this if they can remain separated and nothing specific and if this is how you'd want to do it.
- Use your phone and one of the thousands of photo editing apps on there to combine them. Do this if you are not good at using computers and want to combine them in a specific way.
That's it. All you can do is to throw them in a pile or attach them together.
