How do I tell the laptop what the wattage and type are?

    Dell Inspiron 5555 Windows 10

    I solved the problem. I think the KB5022478 update may not have updated properly. The power had blinked off after I clicked update and shut down so that may have caused something during the update. After uninstalling it, the laptop is now running normally at 2.20 gHz to 2.50 gHz as opposed to the 0.99 gHz it was running at before. Thank you, though!
