How do I change the color scheme for the display?

Just loaded the latest windows 10, 22H something. The display has a white background with black letters and the highlight color is mauve. I want to change the mauve to something with a little more contrast, but for the life of me I can't find anything in settings that will let me change the colors.

Thanks Jim

Hi, I'm Anvar, I'd be glad to help you today on this

    Select Start > Settings .

    Select Personalization > Colors.

In the list for Choose your mode, select Light.

Expand the Accent color section, then:

To have Windows automatically pick an accent color, select Automatic.

To manually select an accent color, select one under Recent colors or Windows colors, or select View colors (next to Custom colors) for an even more detailed option.

    Kindly refer below guide

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I probably did not describe my problem correctly. I will try to include a screen shot below.

Looking at the picture, you can see some of the text is mauve as well as several items on the screen. Thats the color I wish change! And I find it hard to believe that this could only be done by editing the registry, but no matter where I look, I can't seem to find it.

    Thanks

    Jim

Thank you for the update, the picture shows a webpage opened in edge browser, most of the text colors in webpages depends on the Styling script used in the code which is set by the website developer

You can change yahoo mail theme by clicking on the settings icon in right top below Home button

You can also try different themes in Edge, check if any of the theme meets your requirement

Go to Settings by clicking 3 dots in right top of edge

Select Appearance from the Settings list.

Under Customize browser > Theme, Under the “Theme” section, select one of the 14 available themes for Edge.

(Optional) Click the Discover more themes option to open the Microsoft Edge Add-ons page.

Click the Get button for the theme you want to use.
