I upgraded to windows 11 around 6-7 months ago on my Lenovo IdeaPad. It's a genuine windows version. It completely slowed down my system somehow and before that it used to work absolutely fine on windows 10. After watching endless no. of videos on YouTube I changed the settings to the lowest level so that atleast I can open the web browser or run any program on it. It was still quite slow in comparison to Win 10 but atleast was able to browse the sites etc. And suddenly it completely crashed last month and now it gives me the boot option menu. There are 2 options- windows boot manager(Intel data volume) and EFI PXE network(8c-16-45-87-33-06)I've tried pushing all the keys but nothing happens so unable to select anything. I've tried restarting my device many times and it doesn't even takes me to the welcome screen anymore so any help will be really appreciated.

    Hi Rishabh,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly try the following methods to fix the issue and you can skip a step that you have already tried:

1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options:

    A-Startup repair.

B-If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...

C-If you installed any updates recently, uninstall it

D-Click on Command Prompt > Type this command and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

    Also try boot repair commands:

    bootrec /scanos

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

chkdsk X: /f /r (Replace X with your system drive letter which is usually C)

2-If it did not help, start your computer in Safe Mode:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

if you could log in with Safe Mode, open CMD as administrator > Type these commands and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

Then, restart your computer and check to see if the issue has been fixed or not.

3-If it did not help, create a bootable USB of Windows 11 with a working PC and boot your computer with the USB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

On the installation window, click on repair and try the options provided in step 1.

After that, check if it fixed the issue or not.

4-You can find more troubleshooting steps in the link below as well as steps for rescuing your data before going through clean install:

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.

    Stay safe
