First, disconnect the external keyboard.
Next, open device manager by right-clicking the Windows logo then click device manager.
Next, double-click keyboards in device manager to expand it.
After expanding keyboards, you should see the drivers of the internal keyboard. Right-click the internal keyboards driver then click disable. Repeat the process until all drivers under keyboards are disabled. After that, check if the internal keyboard is still functioning. If it is disabled by now, connect the external keyboard.
