    I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

    Open GL is installed with your graphics driver. If your graphics driver is up to date, the graphics card does not support newer OpenGL versions.

    What is your graphics card? To check it, on the Start Menu, type dxdiag and press enter. Please share the screenshot of the Display tab(s).

    Unfortunately, your graphics adapter only supports OpenGL 4.0.

    It is not possible to update it OpenGL, unless you install a graphics card that supports a newer OpenGL version.
