    From the screenshot you sent, there is no ethernet network adapter in Device Manager.

    Go back to Device Manager>network adapters,click on the top View tab>Show hidden devices,see if the ethernet network adapter is there. If it is present, try to uninstall it and then restart your computer, then see if the adapter reappears in the list and if it also reappears in the Settings> Network and Internet page.

    Hi,

    specify the make/model of your computer or type msinfo in the search box and post the result.

    Go to device manager, expand network adapters, post a screenshot.

    I still can't find the Ethernet menu

    I can see here that you cannot see the Ethernet menu on your Windows 11.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made?

    Are you using a laptop or a desktop?

    To open the Ethernet Settings, please follow the steps below:

    1. Please open the Settings, then select Network & Internet
