Hi, so the it asks me to agree to a licensing agreement which you have to agree to before you can activate the code. under that is has a line for a authorization code and a line for an admin authorization code. they both have activate code after it but its only ever let me click the activate code button for the admin authorization code. the app is called show ready and i got it from rocs (right on cue services). heres a couple links you could look at, Show|Ready - Rehearsal Tracks - Right on Cue Services Right on Cue Services and Downloads - Right on Cue Services Right on Cue Services. I hope that helps for you to help more.

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

What exactly is asking for the authorization code? What is the full, unedited text of the request for the code? Could it be that the app itself requires a license key of some kind in order to install or open? What is the app and where did you get it?

You asked, "Question: All apps that you try to download asks for an admin credentials, correct?"

Not that I'm aware of but a person would have to be an admin to install apps otherwise anyone could install them on a computer.

I have a lot of apps on my computer that I downloaded from the internet. Some I purchased and others ask for donations. I make sure to keep the e-mails about them and any code that may be needed to install them.

Thanks for reaching out. My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.

If that is a work computer, then the Admin authorization it's asking for is your IT department's login credentials. You will have to contact your IT to install that app.

    Kind Regards,
