PC randomly freezes, sometimes restarts, event 56 application popup, event 162 volmgr, event 101 bugcheck, multiple kernel-processor-power and event 125 kernel-power

PC will spontaneously freeze and sometimes crash under both idle and heavy loads. Happens multiple times a day. I have tried many troubleshooting steps, like testing the memory, fresh Windows installation, sfc /scannow, reinstalling all drivers, trying out older Radeon drivers, messing around in the BIOS with C-states and XMP profiles, and more. At a complete loss. Event Viewer shows stuff all over the place. This all began occurring after installing a radeon 7900 xtx.

Current system:

i5-13600KF

Gigabyte Z690 UD DDR4

2x16GB Corsair vengeance

Radeon 9700 XTX (not a reference card)

Samsung 870

Corsair RM850x

Below is the event log during the most recent crash. I watched the clock, the freeze begins at 3:41 and the system crashes and restarts a few minutes later. There is no BSOD. Thank you anyone who decides to look at it.

Please check motherboard's and PSU's capacitors for leaks or swelling. Unfortunately, power quality may be checked with oscilloscope only.

Hello Igor, thank you for looking at the problem. This 850-watt power supply is around a month old and was installed in my computer beforehand. Running a 1070 Ti card previously in the system, the new supply did not show any problems. I would be willing to test with the old 750-watt power supply, however I think that's almost guaranteed to underpower the system with the 7900 xtx installed. I also went into the BIOS. After fiddling with the C-states by turning some on, some off, and all off, it showed no difference.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.
