    You access the Internet with a Windows 7 computer the same way you do with any computer: connect to an ISP's server, either via wi-fi to a free hotspot or via wi-fi or Ethernet to your own "gateway device" (modem/router) that connects to an ISP that you pay for a connection.

    Perhaps you might want to rephrase your question to pinpoint whatever issue you may be having.

    First up you have to contact an ISP (Internet Service Provider) and get the Internet connect through fixed cable or Wireless access.

    They will give you the settings to use to then set it up.
