When I touch my screen it clicks opposite of where I touch, for example, if I touch the bottom of my screen it clicks the top instead. I own a windows 11 gateway laptop and have no idea how to fix this issue.

    Please share your system info.

-On your keyboard, press Win + R

    -Type: msinfo32, press enter

-Take a screenshot of the System Information, make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, and Product

    -Then upload it here

Can you go to your device manufacturer's website, and download and install I/O and chipset? Also, download and install BIOS if there is a new version available.

There might be a malicious app messing with your touch functionality.

For testing purposes can you create a new local user profile on your computer, please? Switch to it and test it there and see if it gives you the same results.

You should be able to create the profile under,

    > Settings

    > Account

    > Other users

    > under Other users click Add account

    > I don't have this person sign in info

    > Add user without a MS account.

Then just fill up the fields to name the test account, and follow the process to finish creating the account.
