Hi guys, I have managed to duplicate and project my browser from my laptop to a different screen (clicking on the Windows and P buttons) however I am trying to have a different browser opened on each screen, which I am struggling to achieve. Please could one of you kind folks help me with instructions to put a different browser on each of my 2 screens. (For the purpose of viewing one program on the one screen and another program on the other screen, but using the same laptop) Thank you all for your time ;

    It was nothing Joe, it's a pleasure to be able to try to help you.

    Yes, you can use the shortcut you mentioned, or move them by dragging them with the mouse.

    When we have more than one monitor and we extend the image, the monitor must be accessible from one side of the main monitor, that is, when moving the mouse it must go to the other side in one of the directions.

    With that, just click on the top of the window you want to move, hold it, and drag it to the other monitor, that's another way too.

    Hi Paloma, I'm doing brilliantly

    (apart from my poor computer skills😂) thank you and I hope you are too.

    Yes I did initially select "extend" and now that I look at both of my screens again, I realise that maybe I asked the wrong question because I do have two different browsers 🤦‍♂️.

    I think my question should have been:

    How do I "drag" to the other screen? As easy as it probably is, I am struggling do do this, please can you guide me with this step? ( Please teach this old man a new trick.. LOL)

    Thanks and regards

    Hello Joe, how are you?

    Just to confirm, when you used the Windows+P shortcut, did you select the "Duplicate" option?

    If yes, this option will not allow two individual screens as you need, it just duplicates the image of one on the other screen.

    In order for you to be able to drag different windows to the other screen, you need to use the "Extend" option.

    Press Windows+P again and choose the "Extend" option, after which you can drag a browser to the other screen.
