Why is my windows defender uninstalled? And how to reinstall it?

Windows Security just crashes on opening and if i do actually open it it just shows noting.

Ok, what am I to do with that screenshot? It clearly says you didn't run a repair installation before posting this query.

    Please try to uninstall your third-party antivirus then perform the following methods below.

    **Re-register Windows Security and built-in apps via PowerShell

    Windows key+X then select Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    Copy and paste the command below then press Enter. Please ignore the red errors and let the process complete.

    Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart your computer

    No help sir I guess some Malware uninstalled it. On startups I get the message that windows service center is turned off please turn it on but when i click on it it just says windows security centre can't be turned on. when i open the virus and threat protection it shows nothing

    If you have a third party security/AV they will generally disable Defender to prevent conflicts
