So I have 2 drives on my PC, one Bitlocker encrypted (my OS drive) and the second not Bitlocker encrypted. I want to shrink the non-Bitlocker drive and extend it to my OS drive, but is it possible to extend it without turning off Bitlocker on my OS drive.

Bitlocker has to be disabled first before you can extend the bitlocked drive, Georgi.
