This didn't work either, when my computer gets to the lock screen it's like my keyboard loses power. All of the lights turn off. My mouse does say it's connected (wireless), but no cursor appears and clicking the buttons do nothing.
Windows 11 lock screen stuck... Mouse and keyboard won't work
I tried booting up my desktop and am stuck on the windows 11 lock screen. My mouse and keyboard are both unresponsive. They work in the bios and I've been able to get into system recovery, where they also work. I've tried going into safe mode and power cycling the pc, neither of which worked. It won't let me uninstall recent updates in system recovery or even reset the pc saying there's not enough disk space. The mouse and keyboard only stop working on the lock screen.
If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Did you try to use the on-screen keyboard option to check if it's available and after login into the system, check your keyboard?
