I have Toshiba laptop and unable to open boot menu. Laptop stuck at recovery environment.
I have tried startup settings, startup repair, system restore point not available, reset was failed (both by keeping all files and removing all files)
there was no option to open UEFI settings in recovery environment, there is no option to use a device in recovery environment.
I have tried F1 to F12 keys (Esc and Del keys too) to open the Boot menu. However, it is not opening the boot menu.
Please help. I have bootable windows 10 USB drive. Help its urgent.

Note: I do not know the model number of toshiba laptop as it is not starting also sticker is faded

    Hi Himanshu,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Shut your PC down, then press and hold the Fn + F2 keys while starting your laptop, does it boot into Windows?

If not, do you have access to an external keyboard, if you do, try pressing and holding the F2 key on the external while booting your PC.

    Hi Himanshu,

If you can access the Recovery Environment, have you tried all recovery options in there like Safe Mode, System Restore, Windows Reset... etc.?

    Hi Himanshu,

Sorry, I was offline, no you do not need to purchase a keyboard, that was just another method to try to get into BIOS.

When you boot up your laptop now, what exactly happens on the screen
