Dear sir/mam,

We have a "Model: L911461 Lenovo system" with marvell Yukon Ethernet driver.

Unexpectedly my system OS was corrupted. Then we have reinstalled the windows 7 OS, after that my system did not supported our network IP and gateway address.

FYI, please find the attached snapshots.

We have 2 set of network service. My system picked 192.168.3.1 this gateway only, but our primary gateway is 192.168.0.1 in this gateway didn't supported.

Kindly support us.

Regards,

Prakash S

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your responses.

Are you connecting to your own home network or are you using a school, business, or other organization's network?

Why are you entering the information to manually set the IP address, default gateway, and DNS servers on the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" screen?

Why did you manually add information on the "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" screen?

Did your network administrator tell you to use those values? If not, how did you determine what values to use?

What do you mean by "I was assign IP address and Gateway one by one"?

Who assigned the IP address to you?

Can you access the Internet properly if you select the options on the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" screen to "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS Server addresses automatically"?

    Dear LemP,

Please find the attached you required screenshot.

Note: I was assign IP address and Gateway one by one, but it's got only this 192.168.3.1 gateway, another one 192.168.0.1 this gateway isn't detected.

Kindly support us, we are looking forward your support.

    Regards,

    Prakash S

Your problem does not appear to be related to a driver.

Please explain what you mean by "We have 2 set of network service."

Your second screenshot appears to be from the "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" screen. Normally, there should be no entries in the box under "Default gateways." Did you add these IP addresses manually? If so, why did you do that?

When you right-click on the icon shown in your first screenshot and select "Properties," you will see the "Local Area Connection Properties" screen. Then select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click the "Properties" button to get to the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" screen. Then click on the "Advanced" button to get to the "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" screen.

Please provide screenshots of these 3 screens on your system as shown below

    Dear Bill smithers,

We tried your method and again specifically our primary network isn't supported.

Could this caused by the Motherboard error.

    Regards,

    Prakash S

After that reinstall > Go to your laptop/computer manufacturer's website and find and reinstall the Windows Drivers for your Laptop/computer Model Number for your operating system.

Use the computer you are on to get here to download/save the Network Adaptors/Wi-fi Drivers for it first > copy them to flash drive > transfer and install them on the Laptop.

Then you can use the Laptop/computer to get the rest of the drivers from there.
