DoSVC optimisation thing is messing with me i'cant take it anymore

Hello,

As i said in the title DoSvc is messing with me, it's the optimisation service for windows update. And it's taking all my connection, so i looked up a bunch of solution to turn it off or deactive it. And the one thing that worked was that : putting the start value of it at 4. And it was all good.

BUT THEN i noticed i couldn't download anything from the xbox app. So i got it back to 3 and i could download again BUT DoSvc was back.

So i said to myself no worries i'll just limit how much windows update can take from me. BUT (i know again a 'but') IT ALSO PUT DOWN MY CONNECTION FOR THE XBOX APP.

PLEASE tell me how i can turn off this devilish optimisation services WHILE being able to download from the xbox app at a reasonable speed. Thank you for your time.

PS: i can't upload jpg or png for some reason, sorry.

System info : Windows 11 pro version 22H2 / 2261.1194

    (

(And i know it says that it's currently stopped, but in my task manager it's still up and taking my connection if i try to dowload anything.)

For the windows update, is it already turned off :(

And if i change any of the following parametre, it slow down my whole connection :/

You may clean the Delivery Optimize cache by the follwing steps. Right-click your system partition > Properties > General tab.

Then reset the local network connection. Please run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", type "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and type the following commands one by one.

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winhttp reset proxy

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

You can create a new local account by following the steps below.

    • Create a local user account
    1. Select StartSettingsAccountsand then select Family & other users. (In some versions of Windows you'll seeOther users).
    2. Next to Add other user, select Add account.
    3. Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
    4. Enter a username, password, or password hint—or choose security questions—and then select Next.
    • Change a local user account to an administrator account
    1. Select Start > Settings>Accounts.
    2. Under Family & other users, select the account owner name (you should see "Local account" below the name), then select Change account type.
    3. **Note:**If you choose an account that shows an email address or doesn't say "Local account", then you're giving administrator permissions to a Microsoft account, not a local account.
    4. Under Account type, select Administrator, and then select OK.
    5. Sign in with the new administrator account.

Visit****Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support****for more details.

Note: If the new account is normal, please do not delete the old account before backing up the data of the old account to avoid any data loss.
