The problem that your computer freezes and makes a buzzing sound could be cause by hard drive or file corruption.
You can try the following method.
Run System File Checker and DISM to check for corrupt system files that are causing the problem.
Press Win+R.
Type cmd.
Type in the command and press Enter.
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
To help you better, please send us a private message with the mini-dump file.
Press Windows + S, click Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings>write debugging information and select "Small memory dump", OK and restart your computer.
After setting, next time if the problem occurs again, go to the default path location C:\Windows\Minidump where you can find the log file.
