I cannot find out how to directly contact MSN or microsoft.

I am unable to post comments to any news article.

Error message says Something went wrong please try again.

Its been like this for months. same error message regardless of what I comment, and it only happens on msn.

I'm trying to get someone at msn to fix the account.

The MSN help articles said you can contact them on live chat but there is nowhere to do that.

Can someone provide a link to their actual online chat or an email address.

Thanks

I am not able to login to make comments on news articles on MSN news. I am trying to login with my gmail email address.

In the "Add your thoughts" section of an article on MSN, if I click in to sign in, so I can comment, I am presented with "sign in to the microsoft start community" and I get three options. If I click continue with Google, (because I want to login with my gmail account) a window appears from MS saying "Great we are almost there". It displays my gmail email address and this message "We found a Microsoft account associated with this email. Sign in to confirm it's you. Once you do this, you'll be able to use your google account to log in" and a button that says "sign in with this address" (it shows my gmail email address) When I click that, the microsoft sign in window appears and says that microsoft account doesn't exist.

Is there some issue with MSN? when I click - "continue with google" option I expected I should be taken to the gmail login page, not the MS login page to enter a hotmail email address. If I use my hotmail to login I can only post a comment with my hotmail email. How can I use my google account to login to post a comment. There is no option to login with google anywhere I have also put through several support questions to gmail over the last few months but they don't acknowledge them or respond to them. I don't know if the problem is because of an issue with my gmail or the msn platform itself. Thanks I posted this question previously, but the answer I got was not correct. I welcome suggestions but please don't suggest I use a Gmail account because I cannot login with a gmail email address either. thanks

    • Unless you have a Microsoft account with an @gmail.com address (you might but it would be a little unusual) you will have to use the Hotmail/Microsoft account.

Interesting, but will Microsoft ever respond or do anything?

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    I'm glad to help you.

You can feedback your opinions and contact the MSN team in the following ways.

You may feedback your questions again in the Microsoft Edge browser. Open the problematic page in the Microsoft Edge browser, then use the shortcut keys "Alt" + "Shift" + "I" to open the feedback window (Note that the feedback window will capture the current screen and URL link and email address, and you can add Attachment and record your problem), enter your problem, and click "Send".

    Best regards

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

Since this is beyond the support scope of the current forum, we cannot guarantee that they will reply. This depends on the survey results of the MSN team. You can pay attention to your mailbox after feedback.
