Bully: scholarship directx 9.0c error

Hello, so I just bought the game bully: scholarship and I downloaded it etc. I launch the game and it says "Please install directx9 compatible sound card" so I did what it said. I download DX9 i used setup.exe and i installed it. Now i try to start the game again and it says the same exact error. Why does this happen?

    News: for anyone who has this problem, just download silent patch on github and drag it in the folder of bully, now u can play( really weird)

    Please provide a link to the DirectX 9 download that you installed.

    Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the Display tab of the resulting DirectX utility.
