Hi,
I see, I apologize that my previous solution did not work for you. Since you suspect that the issue is caused by a registry change you made in the past, you could try restoring your registry to a previous state before the change was made.
I will suggest my last ideas:
You already tried?
To Turn On or Off Animation Effects via Settings app in Windows 11, do the following:
-Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
-Click Accessibility on the left pane.
-Click on Visual effects on the right pane.
-Now, on the right pane, toggle the button to On (default) or off for the option Animation effects per requirement.
-Exit Settings app when done.
Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
Click on "File" in the top left corner of the window and select "Export".
Choose a location to save the exported file and give it a name.
In the "Export range" section, select "All" and click "Save".
Close the Registry Editor.
Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box again.
Type "rstrui" (without quotes) and press Enter to open the System Restore tool.
Follow the instructions in the System Restore wizard to choose a restore point from a time before you made the registry change. Note that this will restore your computer's system settings to the chosen restore point.
After the system restore is complete, check to see if the window animations are restored.
Please note that restoring your registry to a previous state can have unintended consequences, so it is recommended to create a backup of your current registry before making any changes. If this solution does not work, you may need to consider other troubleshooting steps, such as updating your display drivers or performing a clean installation of Windows 11.
Hope this helps with your query,
If not helps, let me know, I can route to another experts to provide more tips for us!
Thank you
