2023-02-28T13:13:28+00:00 This is a win10 PC and not win11?
Generally when you start the PC you simply follow the prompts to set it up, are you connected to a router via Lan cable or is it wiFi?

What is the manufacturer and model of your computer?
From the image you sent, it looks like your computer has only an Ethernet adapter (Network cable).
Are you unable to connect your computer via a network cable to your router?

I couldn't find the specs on Stormforce's official website. But I found it from another source.
Apparently, this computer doesn't have Wi-Fi. Therefore, you have to connect an Ethernet cable coming from your router to the Ethernet port on the back panel of your PC.
